Refund Policy

If you cannot attend convention after registering, you have two options. You may:

Transfer your registration to another family
Email a refund request to info@apachecentralillinois.org

Refund requests sent before February 1, 2023 will receive a full refund. Requests sent after February 1, 2023 will receive a 50% refund and a complete set of MP3 recordings from convention.
